STANDARD RETURN POLICY
- Almost anything you buy from Spice Hub of India, whether purchased in-store or from our website – www.spicehubofindia.com (that are fulfilled by Spice Hub of India), can be returned within 7 days with the exception of a few items listed below.
- All items must be returned unopened.
- Valid proof of purchase must accompany the product in all cases:
- Absolute NO REFUND on grocery items.
Returns without Original Receipt: NO return or Refund without original proof of purchase.
Can I return something I bought at a Spice Hub of India Locations?
Of course! You can return almost anything you buy at one of our stores, except Groceries. But before you do, check our Return Policy to make sure the product is eligible. We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you. Valid proof of purchase must accompany the product in all cases. Bring the item you wish to return along with all original accessories, packaging and your receipt to a store.
Our return policy is the same for both online and in warehouse purchases with just a few minor differences:
- Online purchases: the return timeframe begins on the date of your order’s arrival.
- In store purchases: the return timeframe begins on the purchase date. Make sure to bring along your proof of purchase.
Can I cancel my order, before shipment arrives?
Yes, please contact us at our customer support center at +1-905-308-1800 to cancel your order. Refund of your payment will be processed in 2-5 business days. When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued, may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. Can I cancel my order at time of delivery?
Yes, If you are not satisfied at time of delivery, Simply DO NOT accept your order and you will be awarded full refund in next 5 business days. You just have to sign refusal of delivery notice with our driver or courier service. Find a missing item from your shipment:
If an item is missing from your order, most likely it may be shipped separately. If you still do not receive your item, call us at our customer care +1-905-840-1800 to create ticket OR simply email us at info@spicehubofindia.com with your order number and item that is missing.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON FINAL SALE items or Promotional priced Items at the time of purchase.
